Interactive Display banner sets for Starbucks’ Chilled Classics and Protein

Deliverables: 2x Superhero Display Banners (one weather-dependent with sunlight effect + embedded trailer video, one static), 1x Mega Hero (static)

I built this set of display banners for Starbucks because I wanted to showcase the brand’s chilled coffee range in ways that felt both premium and playful. For one superhero unit, I created a weather-dependent effect that dynamically revealed a sunlight glow for users in sunny cities, paired with an embedded promotional video to bring the product to life (looped). The second superhero was a cleaner, static execution for broader reach, while the mega hero delivered a bold, high-impact visual presence without interactivity. By blending innovation with dependable, high-performing formats, I aimed to both elevate Starbucks’ creative storytelling and demonstrate the versatility of Hearst’s display products, responsive formats I’ve pitched, built, and templated into some of our most commercially successful offerings.
